In the context of our clinical trials, we receive pseudonymized patient data. This means data we receive cannot identify participants directly and is coded by the clinical trial site. We use this data strictly for research and scientific analysis to evaluate trial outcomes.

Job Applications

If you apply for a position at Protego, we collect your resume, contact information, and other relevant professional details. This data may be obtained directly from you, recruitment partners, or referrals (with your consent). We use it to assess your qualifications and manage the recruitment process.

Our Legal Basis for Processing Your Personal Data

We only process your Personal Data when a lawful basis applies, including:

  • Fulfillment of contractual obligations or pre-contractual steps.

Pursuant to Article 27 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Protego has appointed European Data Protection Office (EDPO) as its GDPR Representative in the EU. You can contact EDPO regarding matters pertaining to the GDPR by:

EU Residents – Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority

If you reside in the EU and want to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority (Data Protection Authority) you may do so in the country where you reside, where you work or where you may have experienced an issue with the processing of your Personal Data.
